Benefits of a Consultation | Board of Nursing Attorney

Benefits of a Consultation

Hello, I’m attorney Robert Chelle and I assist nurses across the country with Nursing Board investigations. The purpose of this video is to discuss the benefits of scheduling a consultation with me, and what to expect once it has been scheduled.

When nurses first receive notice of a nursing board complaint many negative thoughts race through their heads and most are justifiably fearful that their license and livelihood may be in jeopardy. I have vast experience assisting health care providers with licensing board investigations and I have created effective strategies that reduce the likelihood you will lose your license and career.

So, what will the consultation consist of? My consultations last one hour in length and we cover in great detail your nursing board’s investigatory process. We will review the allegations of the complaint or self-report, examine the components of the investigatory process, discuss the potential discipline that you may face, and determine what your options are in addressing the complaint or self-report. We will also analyze the necessary actions you need to take to put you in the best position to defend yourself.

I charge a $250 fee for an hour long consultation. I charge a fee for a number of reasons, but most importantly I only want to work with serious professionals that are willing to invest in their professional future. I don’t want to waste a nurse’s time if they aren’t completely committed to educating themselves about the nursing board investigatory process.

After we discuss your situation at length I will determine if I am a good fit for you. If I feel your situation is dire enough that you need formal representation by local counsel I will personally refer you to an experienced attorney in your area. However, the majority of nurses that reserve a consultation with me choose to move forward with my assistance and implement my effective defense strategies.

Please watch the other video on the front page of my website which reviews in detail my Investigation Assistance Program for nurses that decide they want my support with their Nursing Board investigation. If you value your career as a nurse please contact me to schedule a consultation. It could be the most valuable hour of your professional career.
